What the public record actually shows about America's biggest health brands.
We set out to answer one question: if a consumer wanted to know what had actually been filed, tested, or settled against the supplement brands in their cabinet, where would they look? The FDA's warning letter database is mostly empty. Class action filings are scattered across PACER. Prop 65 settlements live in a California Attorney General portal. Independent lab reports hide behind paywalls.
So we collected it all in one place.
Of the 42 brands we've audited — representing a combined valuation exceeding $50 billion — 41 of 42 have documented regulatory actions, lawsuits, or lab findings in the public record. The biggest brands, by funding and valuation, have the worst records.

Methodology
How we built this record
Every event in the Caselog is traceable to a primary source: a regulatory filing, court document, lab report, or official brand statement. We do not include uncorroborated allegations. We do not characterize events as “good” or “bad” — we report what was filed, tested, or disclosed. Where brands have resolved events, we note that too.

Disclosure: Evident Health LLC owns Sleep Karma, a bamboo-silk mouth tape brand. Mouth tape is intentionally excluded from this index to avoid scoring our own category. We disclose this prominently because that’s what trustworthy publishers do.
