Brand Ownership — Sleep Karma
Evident is owned and operated by Evident Health LLC, which also owns Sleep Karma, a bamboo silk mouth tape brand sold at sleepkarma.co. Sleep Karma is reviewed on this site alongside competing brands using the same six-criteria methodology, scoring criteria, and testing protocols as every other product. For products from brands we own, we source the same retail inventory — we do not use pre-production samples or special batches. Sales of Sleep Karma fund Evident’s independent research, including lab tests, user studies, and category audits. We disclose this relationship on every page that mentions or ranks Sleep Karma, in our Organization schema markup, and in our footer. If you believe any of our coverage of Sleep Karma is not fairly comparable to our coverage of competing brands, please email hello@getevident.co.
Revenue Model
Evident earns revenue from three sources: (1) affiliate commissions from product links, including Amazon Associates; (2) sales of Sleep Karma, a mouth tape brand owned by Evident Health LLC; and (3) sponsored research programs, when disclosed. No revenue source influences editorial scores. Our scoring methodology is published and is identical for every product regardless of financial relationship.
No Pay-for-Placement
Brands cannot purchase a higher score, a featured ranking position, a positive review, or preferential editorial treatment on Evident. Our rankings are determined by our six-criteria scoring methodology.
