The supplement industry is full of misleading claims, hidden ingredients, and pay-for-play reviews. We buy products at full retail, publish our scoring criteria, and disclose when we own a brand we review. No brand can pay for a score or ranking.

How we test every product
Every product we review goes through a consistent, multi-step evaluation. The same criteria apply to every brand — including our own. Here is the process:
We buy and use every product ourselves — no free samples from brands. Each product goes through a hands-on multi-tester trial to capture a range of experiences.
When commissioned, we run lab checks to verify ingredient claims, check for contaminants, and validate nutritional profiles. We do not commission a lab check for every product. Results are published when we have them.
Real participant feedback beyond our own experience. We recruit diverse panels and report their findings alongside our own.
Published criteria and weighting for every category. You can see exactly how we arrived at each score — no black boxes, no subjective vibes.
Reviews are updated when formulations change, new data comes in, or brands respond to our findings. Every review shows its last-updated date prominently.

Sleep Karma is reviewed on Evident Reviews alongside every other brand using the exact same five-criteria methodology, scoring criteria, and testing protocols. Sales of Sleep Karma support Evident Reviews’ testing and research.
💰 Revenue Model: We earn revenue from Sleep Karma, a brand owned by Evident Health LLC. Brand ownership does not influence our scores — no brand can pay for a higher rating, and our methodology is published for anyone to audit. If a product doesn’t meet our standards, we say so.
