8g added sugar per serving is the highest in the multivitamin gummies category (vs Olly's 2g). Roughly half the 20g gummy weight is sugar, water, pectin, and binders rather than nutrients. Minerals are explicitly dosed at only ~25% DV by the brand's own admission. No published COAs or NSF/USP certifications.
Lead Safe Mama: lead detected in Gruns gummies
Lead Safe Mama independent testing (October 2025) found Gruns gummies tested positive for traces of lead. Non-detect for cadmium, mercury, and arsenic.
Law firm investigation: supplements may not meet label claims
