Murphy v. Olly Public Benefit Corporation, Case No. 3:22-cv-03760-CRB (N.D. Cal., filed June 2022). Co-defendant: Procter & Gamble Company. Independent LC-MS testing found Olly Sleep at 274% over labeled dose, Olly Extra Strength Sleep at 190%, and Olly Immunity Sleep at 165%. Case withstood dismissal.
