Energy pouches look a lot like nicotine pouches, which confuses people (and retailers). Every brand we cover in Best Energy Pouches states its energy pouches contain no nicotine: Wip, Ultra (energy/focus lines), MOJO, GRINDS, NZE, Neutonic, and Fully Loaded.

How to confirm a pouch is nicotine-free

  1. The can or Supplement/Nutrition Facts panel lists caffeine and other actives, with no nicotine.
  2. Products labeled as dietary supplements or foods aren't nicotine products. Nicotine pouches carry FDA-required nicotine warnings.
  3. Check the brand FAQ. For example, GRINDS states "always nicotine and tobacco free" (GRINDS).
