What it is

NZE sells nicotine-free energy and focus pouches. Per Roon's review, the Energy pouch contains 50 mg caffeine plus Alpha-GPC, L-theanine, and L-tyrosine. A Focus version is caffeine-free (Roon).

Evidence check

50 mg caffeine is a light dose, about half a cup of brewed coffee by Mayo Clinic's figures. Roon describes the nootropic doses as low. The commonly cited L-theanine study used 100 mg L-theanine with 50 mg caffeine (Owen et al., 2008).
