Are there any mouth tapes without synthetic adhesives?

Most mouth tapes use some form of synthetic adhesive — medical-grade silicone or acrylic-based adhesives are the most common. The key distinction isn't synthetic vs. natural but certified vs. uncertified. ISO 10993-1 certified adhesives have been tested for biocompatibility, skin irritation, and sensitization regardless of their base chemistry. In our roundup, Sleep Karma uses a silicone-based adhesive with full biocompatibility certification. We haven't found a fully "natural" adhesive mouth tape that also passes our adhesion and safety testing — it's an area where the technology hasn't caught up yet.
