Are there any mouth tapes without synthetic adhesives?

Most mouth tapes use some form of synthetic adhesive — medical-grade silicone or acrylic-based adhesives are the most common. The key distinction isn't synthetic vs. natural but whether the adhesive has been lab-tested for biocompatibility, skin irritation, and sensitization regardless of its base chemistry. In our roundup, Sleep Karma uses an acrylate copolymer made by Henkel, lab-tested to ISO 10993 (brand-published; not an Evident lab test). We haven't found a fully "natural" adhesive mouth tape that also passes our adhesion and safety testing — it's an area where the technology hasn't caught up yet.
