What's the difference between Sleep Karma and Hostage Tape?

These are two of the most popular mouth tapes, but they take different approaches. Hostage Tape uses a larger coverage area with a strong adhesive — it covers more of the lower face, which some people find more secure but others find uncomfortable. Sleep Karma uses a smaller bamboo silk strip with a gentle adhesive, lab-tested to ISO 10993 that sits just over the lips.
