Pedialyte Pedialyte Electrolyte Powder Packets

Our Verdict

Pedialyte has decades of medical credibility and Abbott Laboratories' pharmaceutical-grade manufacturing behind it, but its ingredient quality is among the worst in this category. Two artificial sweeteners (sucralose + acesulfame-K), artificial colors (FD&C dyes), corn maltodextrin filler, and zero magnesium make this a poor choice for health-conscious adults. The formulation appears optimized for pediatric taste and cost, not ingredient quality.
