Best Creatine Gummies That Actually Contain Creatine
Creatine monohydrate is one of the most researched supplements there is. Gummies are a newer format, and independent tests have caught several popular brands short. Here is how to buy one that delivers a real dose.

Quick Summary
Buy a gummy only when an independent lab has measured the creatine. Powder is still cheaper and more consistent.
Gummies we could check
| Feature | Label dose | Independent result | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Create | 1.5 g creatine monohydrate per gummy. Three gummies are 4.5 g. | SuppCo: 4.59 g per serving, over a 4.5 g label. | $60 for 90 gummies (30 servings if 3 a day), about $2.00 per serving. Also $115 / 180 and $159 / 270. |
| Force Factor | 5 g creatine monohydrate. Page title says 30 servings. | SuppCo: 6.3 g per serving, over a 5 g label. | $34.99, about $1.17 per serving. |
| Legion | 5 g in every flavor. Most flavors have no added sugar and 30 calories. A few flavors still have 8 to 10 g of added sugar. Calories range 30 to 70. | Not in the SuppCo set. The brand page shows a Labdoor graphic. We did not re-check Labdoor's database. | $34.99 for 30 servings, about $1.17. |
| Optimum Nutrition | 3 gummies per serving. The same page also prints a 5 mg serving size, which conflicts with a 5 gram dose. We are not stating 5 g as verified. | No independent result found in the SuppCo article. | $39.99 for pineapple or blue raspberry, 35 servings (105 gummies). Mixed berry was $34.49 for 25 servings. |
SuppCo also wrote that even the gummies that passed showed some creatinine, a breakdown product. We did not find a '5 of 5 powders passed' line in the article text we opened, so that claim is omitted.
Do creatine gummies work?
They work if they contain the creatine on the label. The benefit comes from saturating muscle stores with about 3 to 5 grams a day over weeks (Kreider et al., ISSN position stand, 2017, doi:10.1186/s12970-017-0173-z). The format does not change the molecule. The dose does.
How to choose
- Look for a published independent result: a named lab, a date, and a measured gram amount.
- Check how many gummies make 3 to 5 grams, and whether that serving adds 8 to 10 grams of sugar.
- Creatine can break down in a gummy. Buy a fresh bottle and store it cool.
- Powder costs less per gram. See best creatine.
Who this is for
Who Might Like This
- ✓You will not use powder consistently, and you pick a gummy with a published lab result.
Who Should Consider Alternatives
- ×You want the lowest cost or the least sugar. Use powder.
- ×Kidney disease. Ask a clinician first.
Our verdict
Create and Force Factor passed the SuppCo test we re-opened, at 4.59 g and 6.3 g. Legion states 5 grams and shows a Labdoor graphic we did not verify in Labdoor's database. Optimum Nutrition's page disagrees with itself on milligrams versus a 5 gram dose, so we are not calling that dose confirmed. Everyone else: powder is the more reliable default.

How we checked
On October 21, 2026, we re-opened SuppCo's June 12, 2025 article. It said 4 of 6 gummies failed, named EcoWise and Vidabotan as zero detectable creatine, and Happyummmm and DivinusLabs as trace amounts. Force Factor was 6.3 g versus a 5 g label. Create was 4.59 g versus a 4.5 g label. Labdoor was not in that article. A '5 of 5 powders' line was not in the text we opened.
The same day, Create's page said each gummy contains 1.5 g and listed $60 / 90, $115 / 180, and $159 / 270. Force Factor was $34.99 with a 5 g label and a 30-serving title. Legion was $34.99, 5 g in every flavor, with the 8 to 10 g sugar note on some flavors. Optimum Nutrition was $39.99 for 35 servings and also printed '5mg serving size,' which we are not treating as 5 grams.
The SupplySide / NOW Foods article URL returned 403, so the 5-of-12 figure is not used.
Frequently Asked Questions
Some are. SuppCo's 2025 test found 4 of 6 popular Amazon gummies far short of a useful dose, including two with no detectable creatine. Choose a brand with a published measured result.
In the SuppCo article we opened, Create measured 4.59 g and Force Factor measured 6.3 g. Legion's own page shows a Labdoor graphic. We did not re-check Labdoor's database.
Enough to reach about 3 to 5 grams of creatine a day. Create's label is 3 gummies (1.5 g each). We are not stating an Optimum Nutrition gram dose because the live page also says 5 mg.
If the dose is accurate, the creatine is the same compound. Powder is cheaper. We are not claiming a powder pass rate we did not see in the article.
SuppCo said even the gummies that passed showed some creatinine, a breakdown marker. Store them cool and do not keep an old bottle.
Yes. The ISSN dosing guidance is for adults, not a single sex. Ask a clinician if you have kidney disease.
