Quick Summary

Create's 4.5 g serving passed the SuppCo lab check, and NSF lists two flavors. You pay for that in sugar and in price per day. Powder is still the cheaper format.

1The brand says each gummy has 1.5 g of creatine monohydrate. Three gummies are 4.5 g.
2SuppCo's June 2025 test measured 4.59 g per serving against the 4.5 g label. In that same test, 4 of 6 gummy brands failed.
3NSF's Certified for Sport database lists Create Watermelon and Orange gummies. "Only" is Create's word. We did not check every competitor.
4Shopify variant prices on Nov 2, 2026: 90-count tub $60, 30-count pouch $72.50. Dedicated 270-count pages showed $150, was $165. A catalog tile that paired 270 count with $48 did not match those pages.

Are Create gummies legit?

On the two checks that matter most for gummies, yes. Does the tub contain the creatine on the label, and is it independently certified?

Measured dose. In June 2025, SuppCo lab-tested six popular creatine gummies. Four failed: two had no detectable creatine and two had only trace amounts. Create measured 4.59 g per serving against a 4.5 g label. SuppCo also found some creatinine, a breakdown product, even in passing gummies. Creatine in a moist gummy can degrade, so store them cool and use them before the date. The same test is summarized on best creatine gummies.

Certification. NSF's Certified for Sport database lists Create creatine gummies, Watermelon (listing 1782311) and Orange (listing 1782317), for Create Wellness Inc. Certified for Sport means NSF checked the label claims and screened for substances banned in sport. It does not prove the product works better than another creatine.

Create calls itself the only NSF Certified for Sport creatine gummy. We did not check every competitor, so we cannot confirm the "only."

What's in it

The NSF listing label, per 3 gummies: 4.5 g creatine monohydrate, 60 calories, 8 g carbohydrate, 5 g sugar. The product page ingredients include tapioca syrup, sugar, water, pectin, allulose, natural flavor, turmeric and spirulina for color, malic acid, and citric acid. Pectin-based, so no gelatin. Create's FAQ says the gummies are vegan. Check the tub you buy.

Does creatine in gummy form work?

Creatine monohydrate is one of the best-studied supplements for strength and lean mass when you take about 3 to 5 g a day consistently. See creatine benefits. The gummy format does not change how creatine works if the dose is really there. That is why the lab result matters. Create's 4.5 g serving is in that range.

Our verdict

Create is one of the few creatine gummies with an independent lab pass and an NSF Certified for Sport listing. That puts it ahead of most gummies. You pay for it in sugar and in the daily price. If powder is fine, powder is still the better value.
