Laird Superfood offers excellent value at ~$0.41/serving with a clean 4-ingredient formula, but the undisclosed mushroom dosage is a significant issue. As ground coffee (not instant), it's a different format than most competitors. Being publicly traded (NYSE: LSF) provides financial accountability that privately held mushroom coffee brands don't have. The Focus line uses only Lion's Mane (single mushroom), which is simpler but also means less fungal diversity. Major concern: unknown how much Lion's Mane actually makes it into each brewed cup.
