What Is Dryft Sleep?

Dryft Sleep offers mouth tape designed with a distinctive mouth-shaped cutout design. The tape uses synthetic non-woven fabric with a gentle adhesive. At approximately $0.80/night, it's priced in the mid-range of mouth tape products.

Hold Strength: 3/10 — The biggest letdown. The tape doesn't stay put. Over half the nights, it came off. The adhesive feels more like a gentle sticker than something meant for overnight wear.

Breathability: 7/10 — The mouth-shaped design keeps things comfortable, and it's easy to breathe through the nose. But since the tape often comes loose, this benefit is undermined.

Skin Sensitivity & Comfort: 8/10 — Soft, smooth, and gentle on the skin. No irritation or redness, even after several nights. One of the few areas where Dryft really delivers.

Sleep Impact: 4/10 — Hard to improve sleep when the tape won't stay on. On the few nights it held, slight improvements were noticeable. But unreliability meant inconsistent results.

Discretion: 6/10 — The mouth-shaped design is cute but looks a bit like a novelty product. It felt more gimmicky than serious.

Dryft Sleep is the gentlest mouth tape we tested — great for skin comfort, but that gentleness is its undoing. If the tape falls off by 2am, it's not doing its job.
