Quick Summary

Buy it if you want a pleasant multivitamin plus 6 g of fiber and the price works. Do not buy it expecting a gummy to replace vegetables.

1One 20 g pack a day. The facts panels show 50 calories with 8 g added sugar, and a 20-calorie version. The sugar-free ingredients list allulose (8 g) and Reb M.
2Vitamins are listed near 100% DV for most of them. Several minerals are about 25% DV. Calcium, magnesium, and potassium are not listed.
3The 8.7 g Core Nutrients Blend is proprietary, so kale, spirulina, and shiitake amounts are unknown.
4On Oct 26, 2026 the site showed Low Sugar at $66.65 one-time ($2.38/day) and $49.99 on subscription ($1.78/day).

What you get

Facts below come from gruns.co/products/gruns and the brand science page, checked Oct 26, 2026. The label says one 20 g pack a day and not to exceed that. A box is 28 packs. The gummies are vegan and pectin-based. The brand says they are made in NSF/GMP-registered facilities. That is a facility claim, not a published batch certificate.

The brand’s study is not a published trial

Grüns funded a 12-week randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study of 120 adults ages 23–59, run by Citruslabs. The brand reports vitamin C up 40.1% and folate up 20.5% in blood versus placebo. We could not find it in a peer-reviewed journal or a trial registry. Higher blood vitamin levels are what a multivitamin is supposed to do. They are not health outcomes. Customer survey percentages on the science page are self-reported.

Cautions on the label

  • The product page carries a California Prop 65 warning for lead. The threshold is very low, and the warning alone does not mean the product is unsafe. Grüns has not published batch heavy-metal results. See our heavy-metals explainer.
  • Iron: accidental overdose is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. These look like candy. Store them out of reach.
  • Low Sugar has 8 g of added sugar a day, about 16% of the 50 g Daily Value.
  • There is a separate Kids product. Do not give adult packs to children.

Compared with a powder or a multivitamin

Versus AG1, both use proprietary blends. Grüns is a gummy with fiber and a clearer vitamin label.

A standard multivitamin covers similar vitamins for less per day. Grüns adds 6 g of fiber and is easier if you dislike pills.

There is no evidence a gummy blend replaces vegetables. See do greens powders work?.

Fit Guide

Who it’s for

Who Might Like This

  • ✓People who will not take pills or powders and want a multivitamin plus fiber, at about $1.78–$2.61 a day on the prices above.

Who Should Consider Alternatives

  • ×You already take a multivitamin (doubling A, D, iron, and iodine).
  • ×Pregnancy, thyroid disease, or warfarin. Check folate, iodine, and vitamin K2 with your clinician.

Our verdict

Grüns is a real multivitamin-plus-fiber gummy with a full vitamin label. The greens blend amounts are hidden. The sponsored blood-level study is what you would expect from those vitamins, and it is not peer-reviewed.
